Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 5. Anneaux locaux réguliers

Let A and B be noetherian local rings and σ\sigma a local homomorphism of B into A. Suppose that A is regular and B complete. In order that σ\sigma be bijective, it is necessary and sufficient that it induce bijections of κB\kappa_B onto κA\kappa_A and of mB/mB2m_B/m_B^2 onto mA/mA2m_A/m_A^2.

The stated condition is obviously necessary.

Suppose conversely that σ\sigma induces isomorphisms of gr0(B)\mathrm{gr}_0(B) onto gr0(A)\mathrm{gr}_0(A) and of gr1(B)\mathrm{gr}_1(B) onto gr1(A)\mathrm{gr}_1(A). Since the ring gr(B)\mathrm{gr}(B) is generated by gr0(B)∪gr1(B)\mathrm{gr}_0(B) \cup \mathrm{gr}_1(B) and gr(A)\mathrm{gr}(A) is the symmetric algebra of the vector space gr1(A)\mathrm{gr}_1(A) over the field gr0(A)\mathrm{gr}_0(A), the homomorphism gr(σ)\mathrm{gr}(\sigma) is bijective. Hence σ\sigma is bijective (III, § 2, No. 8, Corollary 3 to Theorem 1).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
