Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 6. Dimension des anneaux gradués

An element h/sh/s of S−1HS^{-1}H with h∈H,s∈Sh \in H, s \in S, is invertible if and only if the component of degree 0 of hh is invertible in H0H_0. Consequently, if the ring H0H_0 is local, the ring S−1HS^{-1}H is local and the canonical injection H0→S−1HH_0 \to S^{-1}H induces an isomorphism of the residue fields.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
