Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 6. Dimension des anneaux gradués

Let A be a ring, r its radical, R=⨁i∈ZRiR = \bigoplus_{i \in \mathbf{Z}} R_i a graded A-algebra, M=⨁i∈ZMiM = \bigoplus_{i \in \mathbf{Z}} M_i a graded R-module. Suppose that each MiM_i is a finitely generated A-module and that M/rMM/rM is a finitely generated R/rRR/rR-module. Then M is a finitely generated R-module.

Let m1,...,mnm_1, ..., m_n be homogeneous elements of M whose images in M/rMM/rM generate the R/rRR/rR-module M/rMM/rM. Let N be the (graded) sub-RR-module of M generated by {m1,...,mn}\{ m_1, ..., m_n \}. For every i∈Zi \in \mathbf{Z}, we have Mi=Ni+rMiM_i = N_i + rM_i, hence Mi=NiM_i = N_i (II, § 3, No. 2, Prop. 4); consequently we have M=NM = N.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
