Commutative Algebra, chapter VIII, § 6. Dimension des anneaux gradués

Conversely, the fact that there exist integers di>0d_i > 0 such that PH=∏i(1−Tdi)−1P_H = \prod_i (1 - T^{d_i})^{-1} does not imply that HH is a graded polynomial algebra; for example, if HH is generated by an element XX of degree 1 and an element YY of degree 2, subject only to the relation X2=0X^2 = 0, one has PH=(1−T)−1P_H = (1 - T)^{-1}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
