Commutative Algebra, chapter IX, § 4. Fermeture intégrale d'un anneau local complet

Let AA be a Nagata ring. a) Every finite AA-algebra is a Nagata ring. b) For every multiplicative subset SS of AA, the ring S−1AS^{-1}A is a Nagata ring. a) Let BB be a finite AA-algebra, ρ:A→B\rho : A \to B the canonical homomorphism. For every prime ideal pp of BB, the ring B/pB/p, which is a finite algebra over the Japanese ring A/ρ−1(p)A/\rho^{-1}(p), is Japanese (No. 1, prop. 2). b) Let qq be a prime ideal of S−1AS^{-1}A; then there exists a prime ideal pp of AA such that q=S−1pq = S^{-1}p. The ring (S−1A)/q(S^{-1}A)/q is a ring of fractions of the Japanese ring A/pA/p, and is therefore Japanese (No. 1, remark 2).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
