Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 2. Modules et anneaux macaulayens

Let SS be a multiplicative subset of AA and MM a finitely generated Macaulay AA-module. Then S−1MS^{-1}M is a Macaulay S−1AS^{-1}A-module. In fact, let q∈Spec(S−1A)q \in \mathrm{Spec}(S^{-1}A); let iAS:A→S−1Ai_A^S : A \to S^{-1}A denote the canonical homomorphism and put p=(iAS)−1(q)p = (i_A^S)^{-1}(q). The ring (S−1A)q(S^{-1}A)_q is identified with ApA_p (II, § 2, No. 5, prop. 11), and the ApA_p-module (S−1M)q(S^{-1}M)_q with the ApA_p-module MpM_p (II, § 2, No. 7, prop. 20), which is Macaulay by the corollary.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
