Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 3. Profondeur et dimension homologique

*Let AA be a noetherian ring, MM a finitely generated AA-module and nn an integer ⩾0\geqslant 0. The following conditions are equivalent :

(i) we have dpA(M)<n\mathrm{dp}_A(M) < n ; (ii) for every maximal ideal mm of AA, we have ExtAn(M,A/m)=0\mathrm{Ext}_A^n(M, A/m) = 0 (resp. we have TornA(M,A/m)=0\mathrm{Tor}_n^A(M, A/m) = 0) ; (iii) for every maximal ideal mm of AA, we have ExtAmn(Mm,A/m)=0\mathrm{Ext}_{A_m}^n(M_m, A/m) = 0 (resp. we have TornAm(Mm,A/m)=0\mathrm{Tor}_n^{A_m}(M_m, A/m) = 0).

(i) ⇒\Rightarrow (ii) : this is clear. (ii) ⇒\Rightarrow (iii) : this follows from Prop. 2 of No. 2. (iii) ⇒\Rightarrow (i) : by Prop. 4, condition (iii) implies the inequality dpAm(Mm)<n\mathrm{dp}_{A_m}(M_m) < n for every maximal ideal mm of AA, and one concludes by Prop. 3.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
