Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 3. Profondeur et dimension homologique

For every multiplicative subset SS of a Gorenstein ring AA, the ring of fractions S−1AS^{-1}A is a Gorenstein ring: in fact, let qq be a maximal ideal of S−1AS^{-1}A; it is of the form S−1pS^{-1}p, where pp is a prime ideal of AA not meeting SS. Let mm be a maximal ideal of AA containing pp; then the ring B=(S−1A)qB = (S^{-1}A)_q is isomorphic to ApA_p (II, § 2, No. 5, Prop. 11), hence to a ring of fractions of AmA_m, and consequently satisfies diB(B)<+∞\mathrm{di}_B(B) < +\infty (No. 2, Cor. 1 of Prop. 3).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
