Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 3. Profondeur et dimension homologique

Let AA be a Gorenstein ring and let JJ be an ideal of AA, generated by an AA-regular sequence xx. The quotient ring A/JA/J is a Gorenstein ring: in fact, for every maximal ideal mm of AA containing JJ, the image in AmA_m of the sequence xx is AmA_m-regular and generates the ideal JmJ_m, so that Am/JmA_m/J_m is a Gorenstein ring by Cor. of Prop. 7 (No. 4).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
