Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 3. Profondeur et dimension homologique

Let AA be a noetherian ring, JJ an ideal of AA, A^\hat{A} the separated completion of AA for the JJ-adic topology. Consider the following conditions:

(i) AA is a Gorenstein ring; (ii) A^\hat{A} is a Gorenstein ring; (iii) for every maximal ideal mm of AA containing JJ, AmA_m is a Gorenstein ring; (iv) for every prime ideal pp of AA such that p+J≠Ap + J \neq A, ApA_p and κ(p)⊗AA^\kappa(p) \otimes_A \hat{A} are Gorenstein rings.

Conditions (ii) to (iv) are equivalent, and are implied by (i). When the ideal JJ is contained in the radical of AA, conditions (i) to (iv) are equivalent.

This corollary is deduced from cor. 1 in the same way as corollary 4 of prop. 9 of § 2, No. 7, was deduced: it is enough in the proof to replace the word "Macaulay" by the word "Gorenstein".

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
