Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 3. Profondeur et dimension homologique

Let AA be a Gorenstein ring and (Ti)i∈I(T_i)_{i \in I} a finite family of indeterminates. The rings A[(Ti)i∈I]A[(T_i)_{i \in I}] and A[[Ti]i∈I]A[[T_i]_{i \in I}] are Gorenstein rings.

For every field kk, the ring k[T]k[T] is Gorenstein (No. 7, example 5); moreover the ring A[T]A[T] is noetherian. It is therefore a Gorenstein ring (cor. 1). It follows by induction on Card(I)\mathrm{Card}(I) that A[(Ti)i∈I]A[(T_i)_{i \in I}] is a Gorenstein ring; then cor. 2 is applied.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
