Commutative Algebra, chapter X, § 8. Dualité des modules de longueur finie

Let AA be a noetherian ring. For every prime ideal p\mathfrak{p} of AA, let ep:A/p→I(p)e_{\mathfrak{p}} : A/\mathfrak{p} \to I(\mathfrak{p}) be an injective envelope of A/pA/\mathfrak{p} (A, X, § 1, No. 9).

a) The AA-modules I(p)I(\mathfrak{p}) are indecomposable.

b) Let II be an indecomposable injective AA-module; the set Ass(I)\mathrm{Ass}(I) consists of a single element.

c) The mapping p↦cl(I(p))\mathfrak{p} \mapsto \mathrm{cl}(I(\mathfrak{p})) is a bijection of Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A) onto J(A)\mathscr{J}(A). The inverse bijection associates to an element II of J(A)\mathscr{J}(A) the unique element of Ass(I)\mathrm{Ass}(I).

Let p∈Spec(A)\mathfrak{p} \in \mathrm{Spec}(A); let us prove that the module I(p)I(\mathfrak{p}) is indecomposable. By A, X, p. 21, Corollary 2, it is enough to prove that if aa and bb are ideals of AA containing p\mathfrak{p} and distinct from p\mathfrak{p}, the ideal a∩ba \cap b is distinct from p\mathfrak{p}; now if aa is an element of a−pa - \mathfrak{p} and bb an element of b−pb - \mathfrak{p}, the product abab belongs to (a∩b)−p(a \cap b) - \mathfrak{p}.

Let II be an indecomposable injective AA-module, and let p,q\mathfrak{p}, \mathfrak{q} be elements of Ass(I)\mathrm{Ass}(I). Then II contains a submodule MM isomorphic to A/pA/\mathfrak{p} and a submodule NN isomorphic to A/qA/\mathfrak{q}. One has M∩N≠0M \cap N \neq 0 (A, X, p. 21, Proposition 14); for every nonzero element xx of M∩NM \cap N, one has p=Annx=q\mathfrak{p} = \mathrm{Ann} x = \mathfrak{q}. Since Ass(I)\mathrm{Ass}(I) is not empty (IV, § 1, No. 1, Corollary 1 of Proposition 2), it consists of a single element p(I)\mathfrak{p}(I).

We have thus defined two mappings p↦cl(I(p))\mathfrak{p} \mapsto \mathrm{cl}(I(\mathfrak{p})) from Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A) into J(A)\mathscr{J}(A) and I↦p(I)I \mapsto \mathfrak{p}(I) from J(A)\mathscr{J}(A) into Spec(A)\mathrm{Spec}(A); let us prove that these two mappings are reciprocal bijections. Let p∈Spec(A)\mathfrak{p} \in \mathrm{Spec}(A); then p\mathfrak{p} belongs to Ass(I(p))\mathrm{Ass}(I(\mathfrak{p})), and is therefore the unique element of Ass(I(p))\mathrm{Ass}(I(\mathfrak{p})). Let II be an indecomposable injective AA-module, and p\mathfrak{p} the unique element of Ass(I)\mathrm{Ass}(I); then II is an injective envelope of A/pA/\mathfrak{p} (A, X, p. 21, Prop. 14). This completes the proof of the proposition.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
