Algebra, chapter IX, § 7. Formes hermitiennes et corps ordonnés

Suppose that the conditions of No. 3 are fulfilled, and in addition that AA is equal to K(i)K(i) or to the field of quaternions over KK. Let u,vu, v be two normal endomorphisms of EE; let (Ei)1⩽i⩽r(E_i)_{1 \leqslant i \leqslant r} (resp. (Fj)1⩽j⩽s(F_j)_{1 \leqslant j \leqslant s}) be the decomposition of EE into a direct sum of pairwise orthogonal subspaces, such that in EiE_i (resp. FjF_j) there is an orthonormal basis formed of eigenvectors of uu (resp. vv) for the same eigenvalue λi\lambda_i (resp. μj\mu_j), and that λh\lambda_h and λi\lambda_i (resp. μj\mu_j and μk\mu_k) are not transformed into one another by an inner automorphism of AA if h≠ih \neq i (resp. j≠kj \neq k) (cf. prop. 4 and exerc. 9). In order that an endomorphism ww of EE be such that uw=vwuw = vw, it is necessary and sufficient that for every jj (1⩽j⩽s1 \leqslant j \leqslant s), w(Fj)w(F_j) be contained in one of the EiE_i and that the image by ww of every eigenvector of vv corresponding to the eigenvalue μj\mu_j be an eigenvector of uu corresponding to the eigenvalue μj\mu_j (which in particular implies that μj\mu_j and λi\lambda_i are transformed into one another by an inner automorphism of AA). Deduce that if this is so, then u∗w=wv∗u^*w = wv^*.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
