Algebra, chapter X, § 6. Utilisation de résolutions non canoniques

Suppose that AA is a local noetherian ring, let mm denote its maximal ideal, and put κ=A/m\kappa = A/m. Let MM be a finitely generated AA-module and PP a minimal projective resolution of MM (X, p. 54). For every n⩾0n \geqslant 0, the κ\kappa-vector spaces TornA(κ,M)\mathrm{Tor}_n^A(\kappa, M) and ExtAn(M,κ)\mathrm{Ext}_A^n(M, \kappa) are finite-dimensional, of dimension equal to the rank of the free AA-module PnP_n; in fact, the complexes κ⊗AP\kappa \otimes_A P and HomgrA(P,κ)\mathrm{Homgr}_A(P, \kappa) have zero differential.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
