Algebra, chapter X, § 9. Complexes de Koszul

Let kk be a ring; take A=k[X1,...,Xn]A = k[X_1, ..., X_n] and x=(X1,...,Xn)x = (X_1, ..., X_n). The sequence xx is A-regular and the proposition gives again the acyclicity in degrees >0> 0 of the complex Sk(kn)⊗kΛk(kn)S_k(k^n) \otimes_k \Lambda_k(k^n) (cf. X, p. 152, prop. 3). Likewise in the ring of formal series A^=k[[X1,...,Xn]]\hat{A} = k[[X_1, ..., X_n]], the sequence (X1,...,Xn)(X_1, ..., X_n) is A^\hat{A}-regular, hence completely secant for A^\hat{A}.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
