Topological Vector Spaces, II, p. 75

With the hypotheses of II, § 6, show that E is complete for topology T\mathscr{T} which is the inductive limit of the Tn\mathscr{T}_n, if and only if, for each integer n and every Cauchy filter F\mathfrak{F} on EnE_n for the topology induced by T\mathscr{T}, there exists p≥np \geq n such that F\mathfrak{F} is convergent in EpE_p for the topology Tp\mathscr{T}_p.
