Topological Vector Spaces, III, p. 41

Let EE be a topological vector space over R\mathbf{R} (resp. C\mathbf{C}). Show that for every family S\mathfrak{S} of bounded subsets of R\mathbf{R} (resp. C\mathbf{C}) none of which is the point 0, the space LS(R;E)\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{S}} (\mathbf{R} ; E) (resp. LS(C;E)\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{S}} (\mathbf{C} ; E)) is canonically isomorphic to EE. Deduce that for every integer n>0n > 0 and every covering S\mathfrak{S} of Rn\mathbf{R}^n (resp. Cn\mathbf{C}^n) by bounded subsets, LS(Rn;E)\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{S}} (\mathbf{R}^n ; E) (resp. LS(Cn;E)\mathscr{L}_{\mathfrak{S}} (\mathbf{C}^n ; E)) is isomorphic to EnE^n.
