Let Λ:t↦λt\Lambda : t \mapsto \lambda_t be a mapping of T into M+(X)\mathscr{M}_+(X). a) Let μ1,…,μn\mu_1, \ldots, \mu_n be measures on T, and μ=μ1+⋯+μn\mu = \mu_1 + \cdots + \mu_n. For Λ\Lambda to be μ\mu-adequate, it is necessary and sufficient that Λ\Lambda be μi\mu_i-adequate for every ii (make use of the decomposition lemma). b) Suppose that μ\mu is the supremum of an increasing directed family (μi)i∈I(\mu_i)_{i \in I}. For Λ\Lambda to be μ\mu-adequate, it is necessary and sufficient that Λ\Lambda be μi\mu_i-adequate for all i∈Ii \in I and scalarly essentially μ\mu-integrable. c) Suppose that μ\mu is the sum of a summable family (μj)j∈J(\mu_j)_{j \in J} of positive measures. For Λ\Lambda to be μ\mu-adequate, it is necessary and sufficient that Λ\Lambda be μj\mu_j-adequate for all j∈Jj \in J and that Λ\Lambda be scalarly essentially μ\mu-integrable. d) For Λ\Lambda to be μ\mu-adequate, it is necessary and sufficient that Λ\Lambda be scalarly essentially μ\mu-integrable and that Λ\Lambda be μ′\mu'-pre-adequate for every measure μ′≤μ\mu' \leq \mu with compact support.
