Algebra, VIII, p. 62, § 4. Semisimple Modules

Let M be an isotypical A-module of type S. A description of M with respect to S is a pair (V,α)(V, \alpha ), where V is a left vector space over the field D and α:S⊗DV→M\alpha : S\otimes_DV\rightarrow M is an isomorphism of A-modules.

Every isotypical A-module M of type S has a canonical description: it is the pair (HomA(S,M),αM_A(S,M), \alpha_M), where αM:S⊗D\alpha_M: S\otimes_D HomA(S,M)→M_A(S,M)\rightarrow M is the isomorphism of A-modules characterized by αM(s⊗f)=f(s)\alpha_M(s\otimes f) =f(s) (VIII, p. 62, Proposition 3, a)).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
