Algebra, VIII, p. 63, § 4. Semisimple Modules

Let V be a left vector space over D and F\mathscr{F} a set of endomorphisms of V. An A-submodule of S⊗DVS\otimes_DV is stable under all endomorphisms 1S⊗u1_S\otimes u, where uu runs through F\mathscr{F}, if and only if it is of the form S⊗DWS\otimes_DW, where W is a linear subspace of V that is stable under all endomorphisms belonging to F\mathscr{F}.

Indeed, by Theorem 2, every A-submodule N of S⊗DVS\otimes_DV is equal to S⊗DWS\otimes_DW, where W is the linear subspace of V consisting of the elements vv such that s⊗vs\otimes v belongs to N for every s∈Ss\in S.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
