Algebra, VIII, p. 104, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Let V be a left B-module. The mapping W↦P⊗BWW\mapsto P\otimes_BW is an isomorphism from the set of B-submodules of V, ordered by inclusion, to the set of A-submodules of P⊗BVP\otimes_BV, ordered by inclusion. The inverse isomorphism sends an A-submodule N of P⊗BVP\otimes_BV to the image under θV\theta_V of the B-submodule Q⊗ANQ\otimes_AN of Q⊗AP⊗BVQ\otimes_AP\otimes_BV.

Denote by DB(V)D_B(V) the set of B-submodules of V, ordered by inclusion, and define the sets DA(P⊗BV)D_A(P\otimes_BV) and DB(Q⊗AP⊗BV)D_B(Q\otimes_AP\otimes_BV) likewise. Let φ:DB(V)→\varphi : D_B(V)\rightarrow DA(P⊗BV)D_A(P\otimes_BV) be the mapping W↦P⊗BWW\mapsto P\otimes_BW and ψ\psi the mapping from DA(P⊗BV)D_A(P\otimes_BV) to DB(Q⊗AP⊗BV)D_B(Q\otimes_AP\otimes_BV) given by N↦Q⊗ANN\mapsto Q\otimes_AN. These are increasing mappings, and the composition ψ∘φ\psi \circ \varphi is the mapping W↦θV−1W\mapsto \theta^{-1}_V(W), which is bijective. Consequently, φ\varphi is injective, and ψ\psi is surjective. By replacing B with A and V with P⊗BVP\otimes_BV, we see that ψ\psi is also injective. Hence, φ\varphi and ψ\psi are bijective, and the inverse mapping of φ\varphi is indeed that described in the proposition.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
