Algebra, VIII, p. 105, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Let V be a left B-module. Then the correspondence given above sends the annihilator of the B-module V to the annihilator of the A-module P⊗BVP\otimes_BV. Indeed, denote the annihilator of the A-module P⊗BVP\otimes_BV by a\mathfrak{a} and that of the B-module V by b\mathfrak{b}. Let W be the (A,B)k(A,B)_k-sub-bimodule of P consisting of the elements such that p⊗v=0p\otimes v= 0 for every element vv of V. We have the inclusion Pb⊂WP\mathfrak{b}\subset W; conversely, for every p∈Wp\in W and q∈Qq\in Q, we have that θ(q⊗p)\theta (q\otimes p) belongs to b\mathfrak{b}. Hence, the element b\mathfrak{b} of D(Bs)D(B_s) corresponds to the element W of D(P). Likewise, a∈D(Ad)\mathfrak{a}\in D(A_d) corresponds to W.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
