Algebra, VIII, p. 108, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

a) Let V′V' and V′′V'' be submodules of V such that V′′V'' contains V′V'. The B-module V′′/V′V''/V' is simple if and only if the A-module φ(V′′)/φ(V′)\varphi (V'')/\varphi (V') is simple.

b) If V′V' is a simple submodule, maximal submodule, or direct factor of V, then φ(V′)\varphi (V') is, respectively, a simple submodule, maximal submodule, or direct factor of M.

c) The isomorphism φ\varphi transforms the socle S(V)\mathscr{S}(V) of V into the socle S(M)\mathscr{S}(M) of M∗M*and the radical (VIII, p. 151, Definition 1)R(V)\mathfrak{R}(V) of V into the radical R(M)\mathfrak{R}(M) of M.∗.*

d) Let (Vi)0⩽i⩽n(V_i)_{0\leqslant i\leqslant n} be a finite sequence of submodules of V. It is a Jordan– Hölder series of V if and only if (φ(Vi)0⩽i⩽n)(\varphi (V_i)_{0\leqslant i\leqslant n}) is a Jordan–Hölder series of M.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
