Algebra, VIII, p. 113, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Let V be a B-module and E the endomorphism kk-algebra of V. Let ee be a projector of V and P the image of ee. The mapping that sends v∈eEev\in eEe to the endomorphism x↦v(x)x\mapsto v(x) of the B-module P is an isomorphism of kk-algebras from eEeeEe to EndB(P)_B(P).

Denote the mapping described in the statement by φ:eEe→\varphi :eEe\rightarrow EndB(P)_B(P); it is a homomorphism of kk-algebras. Let u∈u\in EndB(P)_B(P). Denote by vv the endomorphism of V defined by v(x)=u(e(x))v(x) =u(e(x)) for x∈Vx\in V. We have (eve)(x)=(eve)(x) = u(x)u(x) for x∈Px\in P, that is, φ(eve)=u\varphi (eve) =u. Consequently, φ\varphi is surjective. Let ww be an element of the kernel of φ\varphi; the restrictions of ww to the kernel and to the image of ee are zero, so ww is zero, which proves that φ\varphi is injective.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
