Algebra, VIII, p. 113, § 6. Morita Equivalence of Modules and Algebras

Let A be a kk-algebra and ee an idempotent in A such that AeA=AAeA = A. The kk-algebra eAeeAe can be identified with the endomorphism kk-algebra of the submodule eAdeA_d of AdA_d (Lemma 4). Since AeA=AAeA = A, it follows from Proposition 14 that eAdeA_d is an invertible (eAe,A)k(eAe,A)_k-bimodule, so that the kk-algebras eAeeAe and A are Morita equivalent. Moreover, Morita’s theorem (VIII, p. 103) implies the following results:

a) Let M and N be left A-modules. Every eAeeAe-linear mapping from eMeM to eNeN extends uniquely to an A-linear mapping from M to N.

b) Every left module over the kk-algebra eAeeAe is isomorphic to a module of the form eMeM, where M is a left A-module.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
