Algebra, VIII, p. 121, § 7. Simple Rings

Let A be a simple ring, S a simple A-module, and D the opposite ring of the field EndA(S)_A(S). Then the A-module AsA_s has finite length, and dimD(S)_D(S) is equal to long(A). Indeed, by Lemma 1, the ring A is isomorphic to EndD(S)_D(S); we then apply Lemma 2.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
