Algebra, VIII, p. 163, § 9. Radical

Let P be a projective A-module. Suppose that P is finitely generated or that the radical r\mathfrak{r} of A is a nilpotent two-sided ideal. Denote the canonical mapping from P to P/rPP/\mathfrak{r}P by uu. Then (P,u)(P, u) is a projective cover of P/rPP/\mathfrak{r}P.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
