Algebra, VIII, p. 221, § 12. Tensor Products of Semisimple Modules

Let A1A_1 and A2A_2 be semisimple K-algebras, with respective centers Z1Z_1 and Z2Z_2. Suppose that A1A_1 has finite degree over K. Then the ring A1⊗A2A_1\otimes A_2 is left Artinian, as is its center Z1⊗Z2Z_1\otimes Z_2. The ring A1⊗A2A_1\otimes A_2 is simple (resp. semisimple) if and only if the ring Z1⊗Z2Z_1\otimes Z_2 is a field (resp. a reduced ring).

This is the case M1=(A1)s,M2=(A2)sM_1= (A_1)_s, M_2= (A_2)_s of Proposition 5 of VIII, p. 219.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
