Algebra, VIII, p. 379, § 20. Linear Representations of Algebras

Let (V,π)(V, \pi ) be a finite-dimensional linear representation of the algebra A. The kernel a\mathfrak{a} of π\pi is a two-sided ideal of A of finite codimension, and Θπ(A)\Theta_{\pi}(A) is the orthogonal of a\mathfrak{a} in A∗A^*. The transpose of the mapping π\pi defines an isomorphism from the dual of the K-vector space π(A)\pi (A) to Θπ(A)\Theta_{\pi}(A).

Since EndK(V)_K(V) is finite-dimensional over K,aK,\mathfrak{a} is a two-sided ideal of A of finite codimension. The vector space Θπ(A)\Theta_{\pi}(A) is a finite-dimensional subspace of A∗A^*, and its orthogonal in A is equal to a\mathfrak{a}; by Theorem 7 of II, §7, No. 5, p. 301, the space Θπ(A)\Theta_{\pi}(A) is therefore the orthogonal of a\mathfrak{a} in A∗A^*. Moreover, since a\mathfrak{a} is the kernel of π\pi, the transpose of the mapping π\pi defines an isomorphism from the dual of π(A)\pi (A) to the orthogonal of a\mathfrak{a} in A∗A^* (II, §7, No. 5, p. 299, Corollary of Theorem 5).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
