Algebra, VIII, p. 388, § 20. Linear Representations of Algebras

Let E be an A-module of finite dimension over K. Then E is of type C\mathscr{C} if and only if ΘE(A)\Theta_E(A) is contained in ΘC(A)\Theta_{\mathscr{C}}(A).

The condition is obviously necessary.

Conversely, suppose that ΘC(A)\Theta_{\mathscr{C}}(A) contains ΘE(A)\Theta_E(A). The A-module ΘE(A)\Theta_E(A) is finite-dimensional over K (VIII, p. 378, Proposition 2), so it is of type C\mathscr{C} by Proposition 7. Now, there exists an integer n⩾0n\geqslant 0 such that E is isomorphic to an A-submodule of ΘE(A)n\Theta_E(A)^n (VIII, p. 378, Proposition 2). Since C\mathscr{C} is hereditary, E is of type C\mathscr{C}.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
