Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VII, Appendix 1. Polynomial maps and Zariski topology

Let H be the set of algebra homomorphisms from AVA_V to kk. For any x∈Vx\in V, let hxh_x be the homomorphism f→f(x)f \rightarrow f(x) from AVA_V to kk. Then, the map x→hxx \rightarrow h_x is a bijection from V to H.

Indeed, let H′H' be the set of algebra homomorphisms from k[X1,...,Xn]k[X_1, . . . ,X_n] to kk. The map χ→(χ(X1),...,χ(Xn))\chi \rightarrow (\chi (X_1), . . . , \chi (X_n)) is clearly a bijection from H′H' to knk^n.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
