Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 3. Subalgebras of split semi-simple Lie algebras

A subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g} containing h\mathfrak{h} and satisfying the equivalent conditions of Prop. 11 is called a parabolic subalgebra of (g,h)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}). A parabolic subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g} is a parabolic subalgebra of (g,h′)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}') where h′\mathfrak{h}' is a splitting Cartan subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g}.

This definition extends immediately to the case in which (g,h)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}) is a split reductive Lie algebra.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
