Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 5. Automorphisms of a semi-simple Lie algebra

Let B be a basis of R. The group Ker ε=f(TQ)\varepsilon =f(T_Q) operates simply-transitively on the set of framings of (g,h)(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}) of the form (B,(Xα)α∈B)(B,(X_{\alpha})_{\alpha\in B}).

This follows immediately from Prop. 2.

Let α∈R,Xα∈gα,X−α∈g−α\alpha \in R,X_{\alpha}\in \mathfrak{g}^{\alpha},X_{-\alpha}\in \mathfrak{g}^{-\alpha} be such that [Xα,X−α]=−Hα[X_{\alpha}, X_{-\alpha}] =-H_{\alpha}. We have seen (§2, no. 2, Th. 2) that, for all t∈k∗t\in k^*, the restriction of the elementary automorphism

θα(t)=eadtXαeadt−1X−αeadtXα \theta_{\alpha}(t) =e^{adtX_{\alpha}}e^{adt^{-1}X_{-\alpha}}e^{adtX_{\alpha}}

to h\mathfrak{h} is the transpose of sαs_{\alpha}; so ε(θα(t))=sα\varepsilon (\theta_{\alpha}(t)) =s_{\alpha} and consequently θα(t)θα(−1)∈\theta_{\alpha}(t)\theta_{\alpha}(-1)\in Ker ε\varepsilon.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
