Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 5. Automorphisms of a semi-simple Lie algebra

Let h\mathfrak{h} be a splitting Cartan subalgebra of g\mathfrak{g}. We have, with the notations in no. 1, Aut0(g)=_0(\mathfrak{g}) = Aute(g)_e(\mathfrak{g}).Ker ε=\varepsilon = Aute(g).f(TQ)_e(\mathfrak{g}).f(T_Q).

By §3, no. 3, Cor. of Prop. 10, Aut0(g)=_0(\mathfrak{g}) = Aute(g)_e(\mathfrak{g}).Aut0(g,h)_0(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}). On the other hand, ε\varepsilon(Aute(g,h)_e(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}))⊃W(R)\supset W(R) by §2, no. 2, Cor. of Th. 2, so Aut0(g,h)=_0(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}) = Aute(g,h)_e(\mathfrak{g},\mathfrak{h}).Kerε\varepsilon.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
