Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 7. Finite dimensional modules over a split semi-simple Lie algebra

Let λ∈P++,ρλ\lambda \in P_{++},\rho_{\lambda} the representation of g\mathfrak{g} on E(λ),s∈E(\lambda ),s\in Aut(g\mathfrak{g}), and σ\sigma the canonical image of ss in Aut(R,B,B) ((§5, no. 3, Cor. 1 of Prop. 5). Then ρλ∘s\rho_{\lambda}\circ s is equivalent to ρσλ\rho_{\sigma \lambda}; indeed, if s∈s\in Aut0(g),ρλ∘s_0(\mathfrak{g}),\rho_{\lambda}\circ s and ρσλ\rho_{\sigma \lambda} are equivalent to ρλ\rho_{\lambda} (Prop. 2); and, if ss leaves h\mathfrak{h} and B stable, ρλ∘s\rho_{\lambda}\circ s is simple of highest weight σλ\sigma \lambda.

In particular, the fundamental representations are permuted by ss, and this permutation is the identity if and only if s∈s\in Aut0(g)_0(\mathfrak{g}).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
