Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 5. Automorphisms of a semi-simple Lie algebra

— Let (g,h,B,(Xα)α∈B)(\mathfrak g,\mathfrak h,B,(X_\alpha)_{\alpha\in B}) be a framing of g\mathfrak g, and GG the group (isomorphic to Aut⁡(R,B)\operatorname{Aut}(R,B)) of automorphisms of g\mathfrak g that leave this framing invariant. Then Aut⁡(g)\operatorname{Aut}(\mathfrak g) is the semi-direct product of GG and Aut⁡0(g)\operatorname{Aut}_0(\mathfrak g).

Indeed, every element of Aut⁡(g)\operatorname{Aut}(\mathfrak g) transforms (g,h,B,(Xα)α∈B)(\mathfrak g,\mathfrak h,B,(X_\alpha)_{\alpha\in B}) into a framing of g\mathfrak g. By Prop. 5, every coset of Aut⁡(g)\operatorname{Aut}(\mathfrak g) modulo Aut⁡0(g)\operatorname{Aut}_0(\mathfrak g) meets GG in exactly one point.

Q.E.D.

It follows from Cor. 1 that the group Aut(g\mathfrak{g})//Aut0(g)_0(\mathfrak{g}) can be identified with Aut(R,B,B), and is isomorphic to the group of automorphisms of the Dynkin graph of R.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
