Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter VIII, § 7. Finite dimensional modules over a split semi-simple Lie algebra

Let v∈Vv\in V be primitive of weight ω\omega. Let Σ\Sigma be the set of α∈B\alpha \in B such that ω(Hα)=0\omega (H_{\alpha}) = 0. The stabilizer in g\mathfrak{g} of the line kvkv is the parabolic subalgebra pΣ\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma} associated to Σ(\Sigma (§3, no. 4, Remark).

Replacing V by the g\mathfrak{g}-submodule generated by vv, if necessary, we can assume that V is simple. Let s\mathfrak{s} be the stabilizer. We have (n+)Vv(\mathfrak{n}_+)_Vv = 0, (h)Vv⊂kv(\mathfrak{h})_Vv\subset kv. Let α∈B\alpha \in B be such that ω(Hα)=0\omega (H_{\alpha}) = 0. We have ω+α∉X\omega +\alpha \notin \mathscr{X}, hence ω−α∉X\omega -\alpha \notin \mathscr{X} (Prop. 3 (i)) and consequently (g−α)Vv=0(\mathfrak{g}^{-\alpha})_Vv= 0. The preceding proves that pΣ⊂s\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma}\subset \mathfrak{s}. If pΣ≠s\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma}\not=\mathfrak{s}, then s=pΣ′\mathfrak{s}=\mathfrak{p}_{\Sigma'}, where Σ′\Sigma ' is a subset of B strictly containing Σ\Sigma. Let β∈Σ′\beta \in \Sigma ' -- Σ\Sigma. Then g−β\mathfrak{g}^{-\beta} stabilizes kvkv, and hence annihilates vv. But, since ω(Hβ)>0\omega (H_{\beta})>0, this contradicts Prop. 3 (iii). Q.E.D.

A subset X\mathscr{X} of P is called R-saturated if it satisfies the following condition: for all λ∈X\lambda \in \mathscr{X} and all α∈R\alpha \in R, we have λ−tα∈X\lambda -t\alpha \in \mathscr{X} for all integers tt between 0 and λ(Hα)\lambda (H_{\alpha}). Since sα(λ)=λ−λ(Hα)αs_{\alpha}(\lambda ) =\lambda -\lambda (H_{\alpha})\alpha, we see that an R-saturated subset of P is stable under W. Let Y⊂P\mathscr{Y}\subset P. An element λ\lambda of Y\mathscr{Y} is called R-extremal in Y\mathscr{Y} if, for all α∈R\alpha \in R, either λ+α∉Y\lambda +\alpha \notin \mathscr{Y} or λ−α∉Y\lambda -\alpha \notin \mathscr{Y}.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
