Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter IX, § 3. Compact forms of complex semi-simple Lie algebras

Let g\mathfrak{g} and g′\mathfrak{g}' be two compact real Lie algebras. Then g\mathfrak{g} and g′\mathfrak{g}' are isomorphic if and only if the complex Lie algebras g(C)\mathfrak{g}_{(\mathbf{C})} and g(C)′\mathfrak{g}'_{(\mathbf{C})} are isomorphic.

The condition is clearly necessary. Conversely, assume that g(C)\mathfrak{g}_{(\mathbf{C})} and g(C)′\mathfrak{g}'_{(\mathbf{C})} are isomorphic. Let c\mathfrak{c} (resp. c′\mathfrak{c}') be the centre of g\mathfrak{g} (resp. g′\mathfrak{g}') and s\mathfrak{s} (resp. s′\mathfrak{s}') the derived algebra of g\mathfrak{g} (resp. g′\mathfrak{g}'). Then c(C)\mathfrak{c}_{(\mathbf{C})} and c(C)′\mathfrak{c}'_{(\mathbf{C})} are the centres of g(C)\mathfrak{g}_{(\mathbf{C})} and g(C)′\mathfrak{g}'_{(\mathbf{C})}, respectively, and hence are isomorphic; it follows that the commutative algebras c\mathfrak{c} and c′\mathfrak{c}' are isomorphic. Similarly, s(C)\mathfrak{s}_{(\mathbf{C})} and s(C)′\mathfrak{s}'_{(\mathbf{C})} are isomorphic, hence s\mathfrak{s} and s′\mathfrak{s}', which are compact real forms of two isomorphic complex semi-simple Lie algebras, are isomorphic by Th. 1b)1b).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
