Lie Groups and Lie Algebras, chapter IX, § 5. Conjugacy classes

Denote by gr\mathfrak{g}_r the inverse image of GrG_r under the exponential map and by ε:gr→Gr\varepsilon :\mathfrak{g}_r\rightarrow G_r the map induced by expG_G. The map (g,x)→(g, x) \rightarrow (Ad gg)(x)(x) from G×trG\times \mathfrak{t}_r to gr\mathfrak{g}_r defines by passage to the quotient a map ψr:(G/T)×tr→gr\psi_r: (G/T)\times \mathfrak{t}_r\rightarrow \mathfrak{g}_r. We have ε∘ψr=φr\varepsilon \circ \psi_r=\varphi_r. Let w∈W,γ∈Γ(T)w\in W, \gamma \in \Gamma (T) and ω∈Wa′\omega \in W'_a be such that ω(z)=w(z)+γ\omega (z) =w(z) +\gamma for all z∈tz\in \mathfrak{t}; then ψr((g‾,x)ω)=ψr(g‾,x)−\psi_r((\overline{g}, x)\omega ) =\psi_r(\overline{g}, x)- (Ad gg)(γ)(\gamma ) for g∈G,x∈trg\in G, x\in \mathfrak{t}_r, so ψr((g‾,x)ω)=ψr(g‾,x)\psi_r((\overline{g}, x)\omega ) =\psi_r(\overline{g}, x) if and only if γ=0\gamma = 0. It follows (cf. General Topology, Chap. XI, in preparation) that ψr\psi_r is a principal covering of gr\mathfrak{g}_r with group W, and that ε:gr→Gr\varepsilon :\mathfrak{g}_r\rightarrow G_r is a covering associated to the principal covering φr\varphi_r, with fibre isomorphic to the Wa′W'_a-set Wa′/WW'_a/W.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
