Topologie algébrique, chapter I, § 3. Faisceaux

Let B be a topological space, B\mathscr{B} a base of the topology of B and F a set. Take for F\mathscr{F} the presheaf on B relative to B\mathscr{B} defined by F(U)=F\mathscr{F}(U) = F for every U∈BU\in \mathscr{B} and rUVr_{UV} = IdF_F for every pair (U,V)(U,V) of elements of B\mathscr{B} such that U⊂VU\subset V. The mapping [U,s,x]↦(x,s(x))[U, s, x]\mapsto (x, s(x)) is a B-isomorphism of the B-space EFE_{\mathscr{F}} onto the B-space B×FB\times F where F is endowed with the discrete topology. It will be noted that when B\mathscr{B} is the set of open subsets of B, the presheaf F\mathscr{F} on B is a sheaf only if the set F is reduced to a point (cf. I, p. 43, remark).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
