Topologie algébrique, chapter I, § 3. Faisceaux
Let B be a topological space, and sheaves on B and a morphism of sheaves from into . The following assertions are equivalent:
(i) is an isomorphism;
(ii) There exists a basis of the topology of B such that for every , the mapping is bijective;
(iii) For every point of B, the mapping is a bijection of the stalk onto the stalk .
The implication (i)(ii) is immediate.
(ii)(iii) : consider the commutative diagram (I, p. 51)
where the vertical arrows are the canonical B-isomorphisms. If condition (ii) is satisfied, is a B-isomorphism, hence is also one. The mappings are deduced from by passing to the fibres and are therefore bijective.
(iii)(i) : under assumption (iii), the mapping is a bijective B-morphism of étalé spaces and therefore is a B-isomorphism (I, p. 30, cor. 2 of prop. 6). Hence the morphism is an isomorphism. Since and are sheaves, the canonical morphisms and are isomorphisms (corollary 1) and one has I, p. 54, relation (2)) hence is an isomorphism.
Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
