Topologie algébrique, chapter II, § 4. Homotopies

Let G be a groupoid, let A be a set and let f:A→f: A\rightarrow Som(G) be a mapping. If the image of ff meets each orbit of G, the canonical groupoid morphism φ\varphi of f∗Gf^*G into G is a homotopism.

By definition of the inverse image groupoid (II, p. 166, example 4), A is the set of vertices of the groupoid f∗Gf^*G and one has Fla,b(f∗G)=_{a,b}(f^*G) = Flf(a),f(b)(G)_{f(a),f(b)}(G) for every pair (a,b)(a, b) of elements of A. Moreover, one has Som(φ\varphi ) =f=f and Fl(φ\varphi ) induces the identical mapping of Fla,b(f∗G)_{a,b}(f^*G) into Flf(a),f(b)(G)_{f(a),f(b)}(G). Consequently, the mapping Orb(φ\varphi ) is bijective and the homomorphism φa:(f∗G)a→Gf(a)\varphi_a: (f^*G)_a\rightarrow G_{f(a)} is an isomorphism, for every a∈Aa\in A. The hypotheses of proposition 1 are therefore satisfied.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
