Topologie algébrique, chapter III, § 2. Homotopie et chemins

Let X and Z be topological spaces. For a mapping φ\varphi of Z into the space of paths Cc(I;X)\mathscr{C}_c(\mathbf{I}; X) to be continuous, it is necessary and sufficient that the mapping (z,t)↦φ(z)(t)(z, t)\mapsto \varphi (z)(t) be a continuous mapping of Z×IZ\times \mathbf{I} into X. In particular, the mapping (c,t)↦c(t)(c, t)\mapsto c(t) of Cc(I;X)×I\mathscr{C}_c(\mathbf{I}; X)\times \mathbf{I} into X is continuous.

The topological space I\mathbf{I} being locally compact, the proposition follows from TG, X, p. 28, th. 3.

We denote oo and call origin mapping the mapping c↦c(0)c\mapsto c(0) of Λ(X) into X; we denote ee and call term mapping the mapping c↦c(1)c\mapsto c(1) of Λ(X) into X. The mappings oo and ee are continuous (TG, X, p. 27, remark 1). The pairs of juxtaposed paths in X are the elements of the fibered product of the X-spaces (Λ(X),e)(\Lambda (X), e) and (Λ(X),o)(\Lambda (X), o).

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
