Théories spectrales, chapter II, § 1. Transformation de Fourier

Let k∈Zk\in \mathbf{Z}. Then the kernel of the homomorphism x↦xkx\mapsto x^k of G into G and the closure of the image of the morphism χ↦χk\chi \mapsto \chi^k of G^\widehat{G} into G^\widehat{G} are orthogonal to one another.

This follows from the preceding Corollary since the morphisms x↦xkx\mapsto x^k of G into G and χ↦χk\chi \mapsto \chi^k of G^\widehat{G} into G^\widehat{G} are dual to one another.

Recall (A, X, p. 17) that a commutative group A is divisible if, for every nonzero n∈Zn\in \mathbf{Z}, the mapping a↦ana\mapsto a^n of A into A is surjective.

Bourbaki sets the proof directly after the statement, and the corpus does not separate them, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
