Theory of Sets, II, 127

Let E be a set, A a subset of E, and R the equivalence relation associated with the mapping X→X∩A\mathrm{X} \rightarrow \mathrm{X} \cap \mathrm{A} of P(E)\mathfrak{P}(\mathrm{E}) into P(E)\mathfrak{P}(\mathrm{E}). Show that there exists a bijection of P(A)\mathfrak{P}(\mathrm{A}) onto the quotient set P(E)/R\mathfrak{P}(\mathrm{E})/\mathrm{R}.
