Commutative Algebra, chapter I, § 3. Faithfully flat modules

Let 0→E′→E→E′′→+00 \to E' \to E \to E'' \to +0 be an exact sequence of right AA-modules. Suppose that E′E' and E′′E'' are flat and that one of them is faithfully flat. Then EE is faithfully flat.

We know already that EE is flat (§2§ 2, no. 5, Proposition 5). We verify that EE has property (b) of Proposition 1. Let NN be a left AA-module. As E′′E'' is flat, there is an exact sequence

0→E′⊗AN→E⊗AN→E′′⊗AN→0 0 \to E' \otimes_A N \to E \otimes_A N \to E'' \otimes_A N \to 0

(§2§ 2, no. 5, Proposition 4). If E⊗AN=0E \otimes_A N = 0, it follows that E′⊗ANE' \otimes_A N and E′′⊗ANE'' \otimes_A N are zero; as one of the modules E′E', E′′E'' is faithfully flat, this implies that N=0N = 0.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
