Commutative Algebra, chapter III, § 3. m-adic topologies on Noetherian rings

Let AA be a commutative Noetherian ring, mm an ideal of AA, EE ajnitely generated AA-module and (En)(E_n) and (En′)(E'_n) two filtrations consisting of submodules of EE. Suppose that the filtrations (En)(E_n) and (En′)(E'_n) are compatible with the AA-module structure on EE when AA is given the mm-adic filtration. If the filtration (En)(E_n) is mm-good and En′⊂EnE'_n \subset E_n for all n∈Zn \in \mathbf{Z}, the filtration (En′)(E'_n) is mm-good. This a special case of Proposition 1.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
