Commutative Algebra, chapter IV, § 2. Primary decomposition

Let qq be an ideal of AA such that there exists a single prime ideal mm (necessarily maximal) containing qq; then, if MM is an AA-module such that qM≠MqM \neq M, qMqM is m-primary with respect to MM. For every element of Ass⁡(M/qM)\operatorname{Ass}(M/qM) contains qq, hence is equal to mm and Ass⁡(M/qM)≠0\operatorname{Ass}(M/qM) \neq 0 (§1§ 1, no. 1, Corollary 1 to Proposition 2). In particular qq is an m-primary ideal in AA.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
