Commutative Algebra, chapter IV, § 2. Primary decomposition

Let mm be a maximal ideal of AA; the m-primary ideals are then the ideals qq of AA for which there exists an integer n≥1n \geq 1 such that mn⊂q⊂mm^n \subset q \subset m. For if mn⊂q⊂mm^n \subset q \subset m, mm is the only prime ideal containing qq (Chapter 11, §1§ 1, no. 1, Corollary to Proposition 1) and the conclusion follows from Example 2; conversely, if qq is m-primary, mm is the radical of qq and there therefore exists n≥1n \geq 1 such that mn⊂qm^n \subset q (Chapter II, §2§ 2, no. 6, Proposition 15).

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
