Commutative Algebra, chapter IV, § 2. Primary decomposition

Let A be a Noetherian ring, pp a prime ideal of A, E an A-module whose annihilator contains a power of pp and such that Ass⁡(E)={p}\operatorname{Ass}(E) = \{p\} and F a B-module such that ρ∗(F)\rho_*(F) is a flat A-module. The condition P∈Ass⁡B(E⊗AF)\mathfrak{P} \in \operatorname{Ass}_B(E \otimes_A F) then implies ρ−1(P)=p\rho^{-1}(\mathfrak{P}) = p.

If n is such that pnE=0p^nE = 0, then pnB⊂Ann⁡(E⊗AF)p^nB \subset \operatorname{Ann}(E \otimes_A F), whence pnB⊂Pp^nB \subset \mathfrak{P}, which implies pn⊂ρ1(P)p^n \subset \rho_1(\mathfrak{P}) and therefore p⊂ρ1(P)p \subset \rho_1(\mathfrak{P}) since ρ1(P)\rho_1(\mathfrak{P}) is prime. Moreover, if a∈A−pa \in A - p, the homothety h with ratio a on E is injective (§1§ 1, no. 1, Corollary 2 to Proposition 2); as h⊗1Fh \otimes 1_F is the homothety h′h' with ratio ρ(a)\rho(a) on E⊗AFE \otimes_A F and ρ∗(F)\rho_*(F) is flat, h′h' is injective (Chapter I, § 2, no. 2, Definition 1); this proves that ρ(a)∉P\rho(a) \notin \mathfrak{P}, whence ρ−1(P)=p\rho^{-1}(\mathfrak{P}) = p.

Bourbaki puts the proof directly after the statement, so what is above is the statement and its proof together.
